Firostefani, meaning “the crown of Fira” in Greek, lies north of Fira Town, on the rim of the caldera, offering a splendid perspective of the imposing volcano and its islets, as well as an excellent location to admire the breathtaking sunset.

Although very close to the cosmopolitan Fira, Firostefani is a serene place and one of the most picturesque villages of the island with a distinctive Cycladic character, which renders it the ideal spot to stay in Santorini, as you can combine the tranquility and the breathtaking views, with the vibrant life of Fira.
